If your child is interested in trying out for boys basketball, and you didn't express interest via SignUpGenius, please sign up as soon as possible. The 6th grade season will begin on December 3, and the 7/8th grade season will begin on January 6.

PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation Forms are now due for middle school boys basketball. Sections 1-6 are required for all student-athletes and are valid for the entire school year. If your child is currently playing/played a fall sport they do not need to resubmit Sections 1-6.  All student-athletes must have an approved physical on file before they will be permitted to practice or compete.  PIAA physical forms should be uploaded to your Magnus Health Portal under “PIAA Physical Forms 24-25.” Access Magnus Health on the Resources page of your myDC (Blackbaud) account.

Section 7 - Parent Recertification Form is now available to upload in Magnus Health. This page of the PIAA forms is required for any student-athlete who has already participated in a sport this school year. Section 7 does not require a doctor's signature. Section 7 should be uploaded to your Magnus Health Portal under “Middle School - Athletics - PIAA Recertification by Parent and Student (Winter).” Access Magnus Health on the Resources page of your myDC (Blackbaud) account.
