Attention DC Families!

We are excited to announce an opportunity for your child to have a PIAA physical exam administered right here on campus! We invite you to join us for a physical night hosted by Carbon Health Urgent Care. This event aims to provide convenient access to essential healthcare services right here at our school. 

Date: May 21, 2024

Time: 3:30 -7:00 pm

Location: Athletic Training Room

Important Information

• Physicals will be done on a first come, first served basis
• Physicals will cost a flat rate of $50, cash or card will be accepted
• Any student under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian accompanying him or her
• Please bring a valid ID
• Enter the building through the Student Union doors, walk down the stairs to the gym, and take a right to enter the gym hallway
